Delete your PestLine AI account
This page is for team members (technicians, office staff and owners) who sign in to the PestLine AI app. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us by email.
In the app
- Open the app and make sure everything has synced (the app won’t delete an account while changes are still waiting to upload).
- Technicians: open the Me tab. Owners and office: open More.
- Choose Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and signs you out on every device.
By email
From the email address on your account, write to hello@pestlineai.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the name of the company you work for. We confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo on the account
- Your password and every signed-in device (you are signed out everywhere at once)
- Push notification registrations, pending sign-in codes and your last shared location
What the company keeps, and why
The work you did belongs to the company you did it for, and some of it must be kept by law. These records stay with that company after your account is deleted:
- Pesticide application records you made, with your name and licence as they were recorded (state law requires the company to keep them).
- Visits you worked, their photos, notes and signatures (the company's service history).
- Payments you collected and invoices (the company's financial records).
- Your licence records and the company's audit log of who changed what.
To see or correct those records, ask the company. Owners who want to close the whole company account can write to hello@pestlineai.com.
