Terms of Service

PestLine AI, operated by Flair Technologies Ltd, provides an AI-powered receptionist for pest control businesses ("Companies"): answering calls, texts, and web inquiries, stating published price ranges from the Company's price list, scheduling appointments, and sending related notifications. By using the service, as a Company or by communicating with a Company through it, you agree to these terms.

• You receive texts only after contacting a Company by text, form, or phone, or after booking an appointment
• Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Price ranges stated by the AI receptionist come from each Company's own published price list and are estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed by the Company after a licensed inspection of the property. The AI receptionist does not identify infestations, recommend treatments, or provide pesticide or safety advice; those matters are handled by the Company's licensed personnel. Appointments are made on the Company's calendar and are subject to the Company's own policies on cancellations, deposits, and rescheduling.

A Company may connect third-party tools such as Google Calendar. By connecting Google Calendar through Google's consent screen, the Company authorizes PestLine to read calendar availability and to create, update, and cancel the appointment events it schedules on the Company's behalf. The Company can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their service list, pricing, licensing, and business information, for keeping dashboard credentials confidential, and for using the service only to communicate with people who contacted their business or consented to be contacted. Fees, billing, and cancellation terms for Companies are set out in their order form or subscription agreement.

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to spam, to violate telecom regulations, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated responses can contain errors; Companies remain responsible for the services they deliver, the licenses they hold, and the commitments they honor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flair Technologies Ltd's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
