Built in, switched on per company

PestLine AI + FieldRoutes: the lead lands itself.

PestLine AI answers the call, qualifies the pest, and captures the lead. With the FieldRoutes integration switched on, that lead is already in your FieldRoutes account when the call ends: a customer record, a full-capture note, and a Follow Up task. No retyping website bookings at midnight, no third-party connector in between.

What lands in FieldRoutes after a call.

Three things, at the end of every qualified call. That is the whole write surface, and it is small on purpose.

01

A customer record

The integration searches your FieldRoutes account first, by phone and then by email, so an existing customer is found, never duplicated. Only when there is no match does it create the customer.

02

A full-capture note

Everything the receptionist captured, on the customer: the pest, the address, the urgency, and what the caller said in their own words. Your team reads the call without replaying it.

03

A Follow Up task

So the lead surfaces in the workflow your team already lives in. Urgent jobs arrive with the task flagged urgent; nothing waits in an inbox.

What it never writes, stated as plainly.

An integration page that only lists features is hiding something. Here is the refusal list, because the boundaries are the design:

  • No appointment writes. Scheduling stays wherever you run it today; your team decides and calls back, or PestLine AI books on your calendar the way it always does.
  • No payment writes, ever. The integration cannot touch payment endpoints; they are refused in the client itself, not just left unused.
  • No writes during the call. The push happens after the call ends, deliberately, so nothing about the integration can slow or break a live conversation.
  • No push for silent hangups or junk calls. Only a real captured lead lands in your account.

How going live works: dry run first, always.

Your FieldRoutes account is your system of record, so the integration treats first contact with it as a ceremony, not a default.

01

Every connection starts in dry run

From the day your credentials connect, the full pipeline runs on your real calls and records exactly what it would have sent to FieldRoutes, and sends nothing. You see the precise payloads before your account sees any of them.

02

You review the dry run with us

The PestLine AI team walks the recorded output with you: the customer it would have created, the note, the task. What you see is byte for byte what going live will write.

03

The live switch is ours to flip, with you

Going live is a deliberate act by the PestLine AI team after that review, together with you. It never flips automatically, and no software update can arm it on its own.

Setup is managed, like everything else.

You request a per-office API key and token from FieldRoutes support, available on plans with API access. The PestLine AI team connects them, stores them encrypted, runs the dry run with you, and flips the live switch together with you. Your office builds nothing and maintains nothing.

And the integration is an addition, not a dependency: every call still produces the structured job card by text and email, with the recording and transcript behind it, whether the push is on, off, or mid dry run.

Running something else? It works alongside.

PestLine AI works alongside PestPac, Briostack, GorillaDesk, and Jobber, stated plainly: job cards arrive by text and email and bookings land as holds on your calendar, so nothing about your workflow has to change on day one. For FieldRoutes there is more: the lead hand-off on this page is built in and switched on per company. We say "works alongside" and "built in" as two different things, because they are.

The integration questions owners ask.

Do I need Zapier or another connector?

No. PestLine AI talks to the FieldRoutes API directly. There is no third-party middleware in the path, nothing extra to subscribe to, and nothing extra to break.

What do I need from FieldRoutes to connect?

A per-office API key and token, issued by FieldRoutes support on plans that include API access. You request the credentials, the PestLine AI team connects them for you, and they are stored encrypted.

Will it create duplicate customers?

It is built not to. Every push searches your account first, by phone number and then by email, and creates a customer only when no match exists.

What happens if a push fails?

Nothing, loudly. The call itself is never touched, the job card still arrives by text and email, and the failure surfaces in your dashboard instead of disappearing. The push is an addition to the job card, never a replacement for it.

Does it book appointments or take payments in FieldRoutes?

No. Today the integration is the lead push, deliberately: customer, note, task. Payments are refused at the code level. Booking writes are not part of it.

What if I run PestPac, Briostack, GorillaDesk, or Jobber?

PestLine AI works alongside all of them: job cards arrive by text and email and bookings land as holds on your calendar, so nothing about your workflow has to change. The built-in hand-off described on this page is FieldRoutes-specific.

Keep going.

Stop retyping your own leads.

Hear the receptionist take a call end to end, then picture the lead already sitting in FieldRoutes when it hangs up. That is the whole pitch.
