PestLine AI and Jobber

PestLine AI + Jobber: every call, logged as a lead.

PestLine AI answers every call to a Jobber pest control company, 24/7, in the company's name. During the call it books the inspection as a hold on your calendar, and when the call ends the caller lands in Jobber as a client, a request, a pinned note with the full capture and transcript, and the recording. Nobody retypes it.

What lands in Jobber after a call.

Three things, at the end of every qualified call. That is the whole write surface, and it is small on purpose.

01

A client record

The integration searches your Jobber account by the caller's phone number first, so an existing client is found, never duplicated. Only when there is no match does it create the client, with the service address as the client's property. Jobber stamps PestLine AI into the Lead Source field, so every row says who made it.

02

A request on that client

One line carrying the call, on that property, so the lead shows up exactly where your team already works its requests. Your people decide, call back, and set the appointment.

03

A pinned note with everything

The full capture, the qualifying answers, the call recap, and the transcript, pinned to the request. A long transcript continues in further notes and is never clipped. A second note carries the call recording.

What it leaves to your team.

Each boundary is deliberate, and each one comes with what happens instead:

  • Quotes, visits and invoices. The receptionist books the inspection as a hold on your calendar, or holds it for your one-tap approval, and the lead lands in Jobber as a request for your team to schedule and price.
  • Payments. Card details are never taken on a call, and nothing in the integration can touch payments.
  • Timing. The hand-off to Jobber runs after the call ends, so nothing about the integration can slow a live conversation.
  • Filtering. Silent hangups and junk calls are dropped, so only a real captured lead lands in your account.
  • Your data. Disconnect from your dashboard or from inside Jobber and the connection is gone on our side too.

How connecting works: one click, no keys.

Your Jobber account is your system of record, so the integration asks Jobber for exactly the permissions it needs and nothing more, and you grant them on Jobber's own screen.

01

Connect from your dashboard

Integrations, then Connect Jobber. Jobber's own Allow Access screen lists exactly what PestLine AI may do; you press Allow and you are back in your dashboard, connected. One click, about a minute.

02

No API keys, nothing emailed

Jobber connects with OAuth, the same way you connect any app in your Jobber account. There is no key to request from support, no token to paste, and no credential you ever see or store.

03

Test calls never touch your account

Calls the PestLine AI team places to check your line run as a dry run: the push is composed and recorded so you can see what a real call would create, and nothing is written. Real calls land.

An addition to the job card, never a replacement.

Every call still produces the structured job card by text and email, with the recording and transcript behind it, whether Jobber is connected or not. The integration removes the retyping; it never becomes the only place the lead lives.

Setup is managed, like everything else: the PestLine AI team builds your receptionist around your services and prices, you connect Jobber from your dashboard, and your office builds nothing and maintains nothing.

Running something else? It works alongside.

FieldRoutes has its own built-in hand-off: the FieldRoutes integration. PestPac, Briostack, and GorillaDesk work alongside: job cards by text and email, bookings as holds on your calendar, nothing changes on day one. PestPac offices: how PestLine AI works alongside PestPac.

The integration questions owners ask.

Do I need Zapier or another connector?

No. PestLine AI talks to the Jobber API directly. There is no third-party middleware in the path, nothing extra to subscribe to, and nothing extra to break.

What do I need to connect it?

A Jobber admin login and about a minute. You click Connect Jobber in your PestLine AI dashboard, press Allow on Jobber's screen, and it is connected.

Will it create duplicate clients?

It is built not to. Every push searches your account by the caller's phone number first and creates a client only when no match exists.

What happens if a push fails?

Nothing, loudly. The call itself is never touched, the job card still arrives by text and email, and the failure surfaces in your dashboard while the PestLine AI team replays it. The push is an addition to the job card, never a replacement for it.

Does it book the inspection?

Yes. During the call it books the inspection as a hold on your calendar, in whichever booking mode you chose, and the caller lands in Jobber as a client, a request, a pinned note and the recording when the call ends. Payments are never taken on a call.

What about other pest software, like FieldRoutes, PestPac, Briostack or GorillaDesk?

FieldRoutes has its own built-in hand-off. PestPac, Briostack, and GorillaDesk work alongside: job cards arrive by text and email and bookings land as holds on your calendar, so nothing about your workflow has to change.

Keep going.

Jobber is a trademark of its owner. PestLine AI is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Jobber.

Stop retyping your own leads.

Hear the receptionist take a call end to end, then picture the lead already sitting in Jobber when it hangs up. That is the whole pitch.
